Definition

An extenstional definition is a definition that consists of a list of subordinate concepts.

Notes

Extensional definitions are only to be used whe intensional definitions are difficult to elaborate and the number of subordinate concepts to be enumerated is limited.

Example

For example: Theatened species are critically endangered species, endangered species or vulnarable species.
