Knowledge is a human or organizational asset enabling effective decisions and action in context.

Knowledge [1] is a familiarity, awareness, or understanding of someone or something, which might include facts (propositional or descriptive knowledge [2]), skills (procedural knowledge [3]), or objects (acquaintance knowledge).
